How we charge.
Four pricing models, no subscription minimum, and the match rate reported before the invoice. Including an honest note on who we are not for.
No seats and no platform fee. You pay for records, for a license, for a feed, or for a build. There is a project minimum, and we will tell you what it is on the first call rather than after you have described the whole job. In every case you see what matched before the invoice.
Four ways we price
| Model | When it applies | How it is quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Per matched record | Appends and audience selects | Tiered by volume, above the project minimum. You pay for matches, not attempts. |
| Flat dataset license | A whole dataset, or a state or metro cut of one | One fee for the file and its refreshes over the term |
| Feed subscription | Daily signals and monthly refreshes | Monthly, by signal and geography |
| Project fee | Custom builds and populations that do not exist yet | Fixed for the build, then per record or subscription if you want it maintained |
Always free
- The scoping conversation, including us telling you if we are the wrong fit
- A sample of any dataset, cut to your geography and fields
- A match report on a slice of your own file, before any append purchase
- Re-verification of any delivered contact field you believe is underperforming
What moves the number
- Volume, which is the biggest lever by a wide margin
- Geography, since a single metro costs far less than a national file
- Field depth, because verified contact costs more to produce than public record
- Refresh cadence, from one-time through daily
- Delivery method, since an API with metering carries more overhead than a file drop
- Exclusivity, if you want a population not sold to a direct competitor
What we tell you before you pay
- The measured match rate, by field, on your own records
- Where coverage is thin, and which states or record types are weakest
- The source behind each field, so your compliance team can assess it
- What the file will not do, which is usually the most useful part of the call
Who this is not for
If you want a self-serve subscription with a login, a dashboard and a monthly credit balance, a platform will serve you better and cost you less. PropStream, Apollo and the marketplaces exist for exactly that, and we will say so on the call rather than take the work.
We are worth the conversation when the list does not exist as a product, when the population is defined by a source nobody has productized, when you need several graphs joined on one key, or when you need the match rate proven before you commit budget.
