Data for advancement and fundraising
Wealth screening scores the donors already in your database. We rebuild the alumni file from public career histories, add ownership and property capacity, and tell you the month someone gets promoted.
Wealth screening tools score the records already in your database. The cuts below start from the public career history instead: who graduated, where they are now, how senior they became, what they own, and which month they moved. Each card is one query we run today, with a rounded count of the US alumni it returns; the same queries run for one school, one program or one class year.

Counts are computed on a one-in-eight sample of the professional graph, US profiles with a dated degree, scaled to the population and rounded, August 2026 release. Degrees, titles and dates are self-described, so a match is a filter to sample, not a verdict about a person. Property joins are run per file and reported with their match confidence.

Profile data is public-web sourced and carries its observation date; property fields come from public county records; GDPR and CCPA requests are honored and suppressions carry across deliveries. Four things: a recovered alumni file with current contact and employer, a prospect list ranked on career seniority and ownership, a monthly career-move feed for timing, and property-side capacity fields appended to the alumni you already know.
Alumni are matched to owner-of-record records on name and location, and the parcel's assessed value, sale history and ownership tenure are appended. On a 3,800-record benchmark, about a quarter matched at high confidence and about half with medium confidence included; every row carries its confidence.
Yes, and it is the better path. Send names, class years and last-known emails; we return the current record for each, the match confidence, and a flag for the ones we could not find.
Profiles refresh monthly and the career-move feed is diffed monthly. Property records refresh monthly from the county files.
Any institution that appears on a profile, in any country. Program-level lists, one department or one degree, are the most common brief.
