How a project runs
- Send the briefAudience, geography, must-have fields, refresh cadence and how you want to receive it. A paragraph is enough. We reply within one business day, usually with questions and a rough count.
- Get a sample and a match reportFor appends we run a slice of your own file and report the match rate field by field. For lists we send sample rows for your geography. Both are free.
- Agree terms and take the first deliveryPer matched record, flat license or subscription, sized to the pull. The first file arrives with a data dictionary and fill rates.
- Refresh on a scheduleMost programs become a standing monthly or weekly delivery. Deltas are flagged so you only process what changed.
Compliance
Homeowner mobiles are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry, state lists and known litigator numbers before delivery, and the scrub date travels with the file. Contractor data is business data from public permit records.
Questions we get
Can you build a file for exactly my service territory?
Yes. Send ZIPs, a radius or a drawn polygon. The build starts from owner-occupied single-family parcels on the assessor file and adds a mobile that the carrier says is active, then removes renters, businesses and DNC numbers.
What is a strict cut versus a wide cut?
A strict cut keeps only records where the name on the phone matches the owner on the deed exactly. A wide cut allows a household match. We ship both and label them so your dialer can start with the strict file.
How do you rank contractors?
By verified permit activity in each metro, clustered so a company appears once across its name variants. Rankings are local: a roofer's rank in Dallas says nothing about Phoenix.
How often should a territory file be refreshed?
Monthly for outbound programs. Deeds, listings and phone status change enough in a month that a stale file wastes dials. The refresh is a delta, so only changed rows arrive.
