Data for insurance

Property and casualty data from the deed up.

Home insurance starts at closing and renews on the anniversary. We derive the x-date from the recorded sale, attach roof age and hazard exposure from permits and maps, and verify the owner's mobile before it reaches an agent.

Carriers and agencies use us for three things: acquisition timed to the renewal window, underwriting inputs that public record can answer (roof age, permit history, vacancy, flood and wildfire exposure), and clean owner contact for outbound. All three come from the same parcel-keyed files, so a lead and its risk record agree.
