Give us an address and get back the comps an appraiser would pick: nearby, similar, recent, arm's-length, with price per square foot, sale date, distance and the property characteristics of each. Filters are adjustable per request.
Backed by the same transaction file that powers our valuations, so the comps and the AVM agree.
