Property data, United States

On-Market Listing Signals

Daily files of newly on-market homes, price changes, pendings, solds, expireds and withdrawals, keyed to the parcel and the listing agent.

On-marketExpiredsSoldsDaily

The freshest layer on top of public record. Every day we publish what changed in the on-market inventory: homes newly on market, price changes, contracts, solds, and homes that came off the market unsold. Each row carries the parcel key, listing price, list date, the listing brokerage and the agent, joined to our license file.

Used as a trigger, it finds sellers and buyers at the moment they act. Used as suppression, it removes active listings from homeowner campaigns and cuts wasted mail.

Sample rows

Illustrative and synthetic. Real samples for your geography are a reply away.

Used for

  • Expired and withdrawn listing prospecting
  • Direct-mail suppression of active listings
  • Just-listed and just-sold neighborhood campaigns
  • Agent production tracking

How it is built

We observe listing portals and brokerage sites daily, standardize addresses to the parcel, and diff against the previous day's state. Agent strings are resolved to license records where possible.

Questions we get

Where does it come from?

From public listing surfaces we observe every day, standardized to the parcel. That means no association license restrictions on your use, and it also means we carry the public fields, not private broker-only remarks.

Can I get one metro?

Yes. Geographic cuts are the most common order.
