Verified Homeowner Mobiles

Owner-occupied homeowners with a telco-verified mobile, DNC-scrubbed, built for any state, metro or ZIP list.

HomeownersMobilesDNCTerritory

The recipe behind most of our homeowner lead deliveries: start from the consumer file in the target geography, match to the telco file on exact name plus address for an active wireless number, verify ownership and single-family or owner-occupied status against the assessor, then scrub federal and state DNC and known litigators.

Deliveries have ranged from a 38-ZIP pest-control territory to 217,000 records across a metro to 8 million across twelve states. Every file ships with a strict cut and a wide cut so you choose precision versus reach.

How it is built

Every phone is matched on exact name plus address and checked for active wireless status with the carrier. Ownership is verified against assessor records; DNC and litigator scrubs are applied last.

Questions we get

How many records per metro?

It depends on homeowner density and mobile match rate. A mid-size metro usually yields 100k to 300k verified mobiles.

Can you exclude renters and businesses?

Yes, that is the default. Owner-occupied single-family is the base select.
