How it is built
Owner names are parsed and matched to our people graph on name plus property and mailing address. Phones are verified for line type and activity with carrier data; emails are checked for deliverability.

It varies by geography, record type and input quality, and it is always lower on entity-owned property than on owner-occupied. We measure it on your own file and report it before you pay.
