Around 970,000 active rental listings updated daily from the major listing portals, brokerage sites and property-manager feeds, deduplicated across sources and matched to the parcel. Rent, deposit, beds, baths, square footage, amenities, pet policy, listing date, days on market and the listing contact are standard fields.
Daily deltas show new listings, price changes and removals, which makes the file a rent index, a lead source for movers and property managers, and a vacancy signal for owners.
