In-Market Intent Signals

Consumer and business intent from content consumption across tens of thousands of topics, resolved to a contactable person.

IntentIn-marketAudiencesAged leads

Intent is what people are reading, researching and comparing right now, before they raise a hand. We license person-level intent signals across more than 40,000 topic categories, consumer and business, generated from billions of daily content interactions and refreshed every day. Each signal resolves to a hashed identity that we match to our consumer and professional graphs, so an audience arrives with a name, a verified email and, where permitted, a mobile.

Scale, measured on our own cut rather than quoted from a brochure: roughly 70 million distinct identities and close to three billion topic events in a month across a few hundred topics. A single brand's topic set produced about 127,000 identified people in one week, 97 percent with an email and 43 percent with a mobile.

What it is not: a hand-raiser. Intent is content consumption, and we say so in every deliverable. For campaigns that need an actual opt-in, see the aged-lead files below.

Aged leads. Alongside intent we hold older opt-in files at a lower price point, including vehicle-purchase inquiries with a verified mobile. These are real form fills, older than a fresh lead and priced like it.

Used for

  • Timing an insurance, lending or home-services campaign to the week someone is researching it
  • Layering intent on a homeowner or property audience you already own
  • Suppressing cold records from a mail program in favour of in-market ones
  • Seeding a lookalike from people already reading about your category

How it is built

Person-level topic signals are licensed daily, resolved on a hashed key, then matched to our consumer and professional graphs. We report the resolution rate and the contactable rate on your cut before you pay, and we never attach an intent signal to a property record on a phone or address hit alone: name and address have to agree, or the record ships unattached.

Questions we get

Is this the same as a lead?

No. A lead filled in a form. Intent is what someone read. We label every file accordingly.

Can I pick the topics?

Yes. Describe the category and we map it to the topic taxonomy, usually a few dozen topics per brief.

How fresh?

Signals are generated from the previous day's activity. Files can run daily, weekly or on demand.

Can you join it to my property data?

Yes, with the corroboration rule above. Intent plus ownership is the strongest audience we build.
