Movers & New Address Data

People who just moved, with old and new address, move date, and matched phone and email, for the monthly mover mail and acquisition programs.

MoversNew addressDirect mailMonthly

New movers change everything at once: insurance, utilities, banks, doctors, gyms and furniture. Our mover file combines deed-based new homeowners with change-of-address, listing-based and consumer-file movement signals to catch renters as well as buyers.

Delivered monthly as the deliverable for mail programs, with per-record pricing and mail-ready formatting.

How it is built

Movement is detected from deeds, rental listings, postal signals and consumer file deltas; identities are matched with address as the tiebreaker and name-uniqueness scoring so we do not merge two different people.

Questions we get

Renters too?

Yes. About half of movers are renters, and the rental-listing signal is how we catch them.

How current?

Deed-based movers arrive within days; other sources within the month.
