Recent home buyers identified within days of the deed recording, with the buyer's name, the property and matched phone and email.
A new homeowner spends more in the first six months than in the next five years. This feed catches them at the deed: buyer name, property address and characteristics, purchase price, financing, and matched contact details, delivered daily or weekly.
Cash versus financed, first-time versus repeat and investor versus owner-occupant are flagged so a campaign can be tuned by segment. Records that fall on the federal or state Do Not Call lists can be scrubbed before delivery.
