Every agent first licensed in the last twelve months, straight from the state registers: ~98k across 35 states that publish an issue date, with brokerage of record, email and mobile where matched.
Rookie agents are the most recruited people in real estate and the hardest to list, because they have no track record anywhere except the regulator. We read the original issue date on every license and keep the ones inside the last twelve months: ~98k on the September 2026 snapshot. That is a floor, not a total, because 16 states (AR, CT, GA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, ND, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, UT, WV) publish no issue date at all, and a licensee there cannot be dated from the register.
Contact coverage is honestly lower than the rest of the license file. ~21k of these records carry a matched email and ~20k a matched mobile, about one in five, because a newly licensed agent has little history in the people graph yet. Coverage rises every month as they show up in brokerage rosters and public profiles, which is why this is sold as a monthly subscription rather than a one-time list.
Use it for brokerage and team recruiting, onboarding software, E&O and errors-and-omissions insurance, lockbox and MLS tooling, and coaching programs. For sourcing and outreach, not employment decisions.

How it is built
The original issue date on each license is compared with the snapshot date; records inside twelve months are kept. States that do not publish an issue date are excluded and named. Contact data comes from the people graph match used across the license file. Snapshot: September 2026 data.

Why do so few rookies have a phone?
A person licensed this year has almost no footprint in consumer and professional data yet. The match rate climbs month by month, which is why the file is refreshed monthly.
Can you go back further than twelve months?
Yes. The same field supports any window: first year, first three years, or a specific quarter of licensing.
Is this suitable for hiring decisions?
It is a sourcing and outreach list. It is not a consumer report and is not for use in employment, credit, insurance or housing eligibility decisions.
