Appends are where our graphs pay off. From an address we can return the owner, their verified mobile, email, demographics, mortgage, value and equity. From a name and city we can return the property they own and the company they work for. From a VIN we can return the registered owner. From a domain we can return the workforce.
Every append reports the match rate before invoicing and flags each row's confidence. Phones carry line type and activity; emails carry a deliverability verdict; property joins carry a match tier.
Volume runs from a few thousand rows to files in the tens of millions, delivered as CSV, Parquet or via API for real-time enrichment.
