Property data, United States + Canada
Real Estate Professional Graph
License records, public professional profiles and transaction history joined into one agent-level identity, with movement and entity crosswalks.
The only dataset that ties a license number to a public professional profile and to the deals the agent actually closed. For each licensed agent: license history and status, brokerage affiliations over time, the public profile with tenure and prior roles, and the listings and sales we have observed with them on it.
The graph answers questions a roster cannot: who moved brokerages this quarter, which teams are growing, which agents produce, and where the recruiting targets are.
