We already produce real estate licenses for 62 jurisdictions and loan originators nationally. The same pipeline can monitor any licensed occupation you care about, and tell you each month who is new, who lapsed, and who moved.
Regulators publish rosters in dozens of different formats. We maintain a pipeline per jurisdiction, validate each month against the source, normalize the vocabulary and diff against the prior month. The deltas are the product for many clients: new licensees to recruit, expirations to remind, brokerage or firm moves to act on.
Where a client already buys a license file from another vendor, we can replicate it field for field and run in tandem until you trust it, then switch. We have done this across eleven states of real estate data.
Contact matching and telco verification are included, and the public license API is available for teams that want to query rather than download.
