Statuses and license types are normalized to a common vocabulary with the regulator's original values preserved alongside them, then compared against the prior month. New licensees, lapsed licenses, brokerage moves and expirations arrive as flagged deltas, so a monthly file doubles as a recruiting and job-change signal.
